"The location is good because it is close to restaurants and a WEGO bus station for the blue line. We stayed for three days. The first two days they provided bananas for breakfast. But they didn’t provided them on the third day. I think they should provide bananas all the time because they are most popular fruits among customers."

"Free parking and clean renovated rooms, but make sure you book renovated rooms. We were lucky enough to get upgraded for free to the renovated room. Not an upscale motel but decent for a quick stay for a family. Safe and central location."

"Good hotel overall. Unfortunately, the room we originally booked was unavailable at check-in. However, the staff and manager, Luca, handled the situation professionally and upgraded us to a room with a Fallsview for the inconvenience. The team was very accommodating and made a genuine effort to ensure we still had a great trip despite the issue."

"For a Budget hotel. The room was clean the Staff were friendly. Checking in and out was easy. The Continental breakfast was a nice addition. It ain't the Ritz....but it's a fraction of the price."

"I recently stayed at Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites for 5 days. While the location was convenient, my overall experience was disappointing. Housekeeping only came twice during our stay, which was not enough for a 5-day visit. The AC vent/filter in the room was also very dirty and covered in dust, making the room feel poorly maintained. In addition, the lobby had a strong vinegar smell because they use vinegar for cleaning, which was unpleasant.The strong vinegar odor in the lobby...

"Amazingly dirty hotel. No lift for second floor. I paid more than $150 for one night stay and regretting"

"We had someone staying in the building that kept us awake most of our second. He was his phone in the common area talking to a woman. The conversation was loud and we could hear her conversation as well. It was 12:20 in the morning when my wife asked him to stop. The staff living on site did nothing. We were not impressed. That second night stay should actually be refunded. Never had an experience like that at a B&B before."
