"The hotel was ideally located for visiting a relative in the nearby hospital. The ground floor room was large, with a large comfortable bed, kitchenette and bathroom. There were tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge, hotplate and microwave. I enjoyed swimming pool and steam room and there was also a sauna and spa facilities. There was a garden and an outdoor seating area. As we were only staying over between hospital visits, we did not use the restaurant."

"The self serve check in machines x 2 were not working. No one the front desk, asked the lady managing the bar she said she would be there in a bit, but in the meantime continued to serve new people coming up to the bar, cleaned multiple tables all the time whilst I was waiting just to check in. Once I asked again and she came over to help,! but she was sickly sweet. I just wanted to check in. 20mins later it finally happened. Room was good, had kettle and tea available for the morning. "What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly can’t fault anything. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as they’re all...

"Our room was very clean and nice . It was on the first floor above the lobby /toilets which has piped music from 7.30am until late into the evening which could be heard all day in our room. It was also positioned in the alley side of the building next to the pub which is also noisy . So maybe not the hotel to stay in if you’re hoping for a quiet get away . "
