"This accomodation is right across from Kings Park so is in a great location, and the service is very welcoming, well priced for Perth The rooms themselves are well equipped, however the room has no ventilation as in operable windows. This causes the room to be a bit smelly, and the products they use for cleaning are cloying which takes a bit of getting used to. There is mould stains in the shower grout and a bit of mould around the base of the shower, whilst you can see that this area has been...

"I usually stay at Quest Midland for work and am very happy with the hotel. However this time I was disappointed because the hot water was a bit iffy and there was a guest on my floor with a child who was awake and screaming all hours of the night. And I mean, playing in the hallways of the hotel and yelling, slamming doors etc. Bit of a shame really. "

"WI-FI does not work in room 149, very frustrating. Decent TV options. I could not enter the self-service laundry with my room key. It kept showing red light. I complained to reception, NOT fixed. The kitchenette in the room was very old but basically functional, however the toaster was broken. The bathroom was clean and functional. Bedroom was clean and comfy, also very spacious. Aircon worked ok but noisy, lucky I had ear plugs. Plenty of roof covered and outside car parking. I would rate this...

"The hotel is a good spot, close to the waterfront and within walking distance of the CBD. Parking at the hotel is tight- not that many parks and what is there isnt big! Was worried about parking a small SUV! Rooms are a good size and clean and tidy. However, our room was tired and the bathroom was tired too! Would stay here again."
