"We got this room for the jetted tub. Everything looked good at first. Once I started running the water in the tub I found numerous pubic hairs floating in water. Then I noticed black dots on the walls of the shower/tub. Which came off when I wiped them. So I started the jets and black stuff shot out of the jets. That’s where the black dots came from I guess. So obviously the tub/shower/jets aren’t cleaned very well. Also might want to mop the tile floor in the bathroom water stains everywhere."

"Clean room with a comfy bed and a view of the city. Check In was smooth with a friendly reception. The hotel itself was also within walking distance to shops and restaurants, which is a big plus. The included breakfast was just a continental thing, so we went elsewhere."

It was our first visit to Asheville! We would definitely recommend it and will be booking here for our next trip!"
