The staff we interacted with was excellent… the room could have used more detail in cleaning though. The pool was good but that area needed cleaning. Breakfast was alright.

Room had a strong urine odor and no matress covers on the yellowish disgusting mattress. Ice machine did not work the entire 3 day stay but could have been from constant use due to hotel being at capacity. Many breakfast items were gone by 9 am.

Property was OK but over priced and the staff was terrible . Manager Wanda was rude and even called the police to have us removed . We paid for a room with a single king bed and was given 2 doubles. When I complained or asked for a credit to ny bill she refused because I purchased through a 3rd party ...
