"They really try to make your time there enjoyable. We did the all inclusive which I would highly recommend. The activities are booked when you arrive although our villa attendant booked 2 activities before we arrived on his own initiative. The activities are certain times and days so you might not do some. We only did the buffets and did not pay extra for the à la carte restaurants. The buffet was plenty of food and a good variety. We were there for 4 nights and the à la carte restaurants special is for 5+ nights! The overwater Dheru villa was wonderful! They park bicycles outside your door for transportation option. You can also arrange to be picked up or walk. Snorkeling off the villa was great. We also enjoyed the reef snorkeling trip but if not a great swimmer, wear the life jacket. A very pleasant experience!"

"where do i even start? after dreaming of the maldives for half my life, i finally got to go. komandoo exceeded my expectations. crystal clear water, yummy food. and while the whole point was the water, the service really stood out. faisal is the best room attendant who kept my room spotless and was just so kind. kaleem was the server who kept my water flowing and was just so nice. ranjith was the star of the chefs with his excellent cooking and kindness. also thank you to the reception for making my sandbank adventures possible! everyone went above and beyond ! bravo, komandoo! "

"We noticed a nice looking hotel online at Kamadhoo island and thought it would be a nice stop for our Maldivian island hopping experience. We booked in for one night at the Swarn by Hawks. It was a beautiful hotel with amazing ocean views. The floor to ceiling glass view of the ocean is quite spectacular. We were upgraded from the Deluxe Sea View to the Executive Suite, which was amazing. We enjoyed it so much we decided to extend our stay a couple extra nights. Our travel plans changed and we ended up extending our stay at the hotel for another week. Ravin (the manager) was very accommodating in every way. The staff went out of their way to make our stay amazing. We only ate the breakfasts at the hotel and it was a delicious buffet breakfast. We can’t comment on the other meals because we ended up eating out at the local restaurants. There was construction going on around the hotel and there are deficiencies in the newly built hotel, but they are addressing them and doing renovations as needed. The cost/night reflected this and more than compensated for the issues. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. As we were leaving one of the workers ran up to us to give us a few items that we accidentally left behind in the room. Everyone at Swarn by Hawks contributed to make our stay a memorable one.
