Khách sạn Lạng Giang

"The pool was out of service not sure why The room was clean and the staff very helpful about 45 minutes from the center of the city"

"The hotel is truly a 5+ star resort. The breakfast was incredible, the rooms more comfortable than I could imagine and the staff was so helpful friendly, and accommodating. I can not praise this property more and anytime my travels take me to Guilin this wull be the only hotel I will stay in. There is 2 restaurants 1 very comfortable and large bar a pools and absolutely beautiful grounds to stroll along with the peacocks that accompany you. "Hotel is clean, staff is freindly. I like it very much. Thank you."

"Wonderful stay. As seen in photos. Shower had very good water pressure and hot. Hotel staff helpful. Free use of moped and laundry. Paid Chinese massage was excellent and I would recommend."

"Centrally located. Four floors total. We got a nice view of the water facing the lake. Staff was extremely helpful and they go out of their way to help. Tip: get WeChat App and add the hotel contact and communicate with the language of your choice (ours: English). Breakfast was good but they don’t know how to make omelets which was disappointing! All in all great experience. Hotel manager: ask your chef to learn to make omelets."

"Perfect from arrival to end. Clean and up to date hotel. Comfortable rooms."

"Nice hotel to stay !"

"Stayed at the hotel for a bit more than a week. Looks very nice aesthetically. Very nice and flexible cleaning staff...that's where the good parts end honestly. Checking in was difficult, the people at the front couldn't find my reservation and were skeptical that I actually booked rooms. There were bugs and mosquitoes in my room, and I always woke up with bug bites. While checking out, the front desk said I was good to go. Half an hour later, I am bombarded with calls about some bills that I...

"All good for a one night stay. Front desk at check-in was very helpful and informative."

"Chambres très propres, c'est un hôtel qui vient d'ouvrir.bien placé, très attentif. C'est dommage que la salle du petit déjeuner est trop petite avec un hôtel plein. Faut se battre pour avoir une place. La gestion n'est pas au point. Il faudra faire patienter les personnes au lieu de continuer à faire entrer des personnes quand il n'y a plus de place."

"Exceptional service! The reception team was wonderful—always kind, attentive and happy to help. Even after checkout, they carefully arranged delivery of a toiletry bag we had left behind. The breakfast was very good, too. Their warmth and thoughtful care made our family’s stay truly special. Highly recommended!"

"La pulizia e la cortesia dello staff alberghiero"

"Our room was large and comfortable with big picture windows looking at the mountains with a good-sized modern bathroom. The hotel is a lovely old style building with beautiful Chinese furniture. The owner of the hotel was charming and helpful and showed us where to have an excellent dinner in a Chinese restaurant nearby in the village. She even drove us to the nearby Reed Flute Cave as we were unable to call a taxi, and when we left she called a taxi for us and told the driver where to leave...
