"Breakfast has plenty of foods to choose from and specific times can be pretty busy. Rooms aren’t tidy, towels provided are shabby unless you ask for new ones which is gladly provided. Hotel is very accessible to Terminal via the Runway."

"The room was clean and they consistently replenished the minibar items like water and coffee. We really liked the hotel pool, and the breakfast was good. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that outside food isn’t allowed. My son is a picky eater, so we had to buy food from outside, but bringing it into the hotel wasn’t permitted. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the food policy was a challenge for us."

"Executive lounge staff were excellent . Manager Yung on night duty was professional and made sure that guests had a perfect experience . Gideon and Paul (gym manager) were excellent, they showed us the sauna and other amenities. Paul saw I was walking barefoot and he hurriedly provided slippers around the pool area. Hoping to be back soon !"

"The one thing that we like is it's just close to the airport. Be prepared for the TSA style security at the entrance and feel like you're a criminal and not allowed food from outside, food over there was so expensive. Amenities like their pool and restaurant were under construction. We'll never again plan to go back here."
