This is not a scenic part of the country, but Liberal is clean and easy to navigate. There is lots of Mexican food, but our new go to is Brickhouse BBQ and Brew.

I like Liberal, McDonalds across street, great street tacos, agreat Mexican food and I like the agricultural area (on a hunting trip). bought hunting licenses and shells at WalMart. Was there 5 years ago and even stayed at the same hotel.

It was a nice little town -- we had some great BBQ at Brickhouse BBQ and Brew. I wish there were some good places to walk near the hotels, but other than that it seemed fine.
