"There was no fridge or microwave in the room, however small items could be kept in fridge behind front desk. A huge issue for us travelling with kids was no access to a microwave anywhere on the property. It was quite expensive but a beautiful well run hotel with helpful staff and very nice rooms. One suggestion would be in the family suite there is zero space next to the sink to place amenities. A shelf would have been helpful."

The location is excellent — right in the center, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets, with easy access to both tram and bus lines. All the staff at Best western Alba made all the difference. The front desk checked us in early when our flight landed and gave genuine recommendations, not just a map. Steven went out of his way to help us resolve our issues, and we felt right at home. "Very disappointing experience. We got here earlier this week and had a ridiculous encounter with the hotel receptionist. He told me that I need to say hello upon arrival and was super rude. I confronted him about this and things escalated. He proceeded to throw my phone down on the floor and sludge his food on me. Nice warm welcome huh?
