My two issues would be that both of the times that I’ve stayed there in the last 6 months, the same truck without a handicap placard has been parked in the handicapped parking space. It appeared to be an employee but it didn’t ever seem to be moved. My stays were over 3 months apart so it’s very unlikely that it would be the same guest both times. Also, I forgot some items and after contacting the staff and paying for the shipping charges to send them to me, it took 2 weeks from the time I paid and a shipping label generated for the hotel to actually put the package in the mail. "
