"Mainly, we liked the price. We were only in the room for sleeping. We had a noisy uipstairs neighbor with a whiny kid, and one night (of two) there were impromptu motorcycle drag races on the street until almost midnight. There was no coffee maker in the room, and no coffee at the front desk which didn't open until 11 am. But...it is close to Farr Better Ice Cream, usually a mob scene because it is homemade and you get two scoops for $5. And it is close to the Temple in case you need those...

"I had an absolutely horrible stay at Motel 6 Ogden Downtown. I specifically booked this hotel because of the pool, and although the water was crystal clear and looked perfectly fine, we were not allowed to use it the entire time. Every time I took a bath, water leaked under the baseboards into the room, and despite reporting it multiple times, nothing was ever done during my seven-day stay. I had requested no maid service, yet someone still entered my room while I was away. On top of that, the...

"Make sure you call the hotel directly if you want to book a room with a balcony overlooking the gardens! Even though the website shows a pic of every room that says balcony looking at the gardens, the room I got looked over the parking lot and other building. The ONLY reason I picked this hotel is because I wanted to relax and enjoy the garden view. Yes you can walk around and see it but there is no shady seats and definitely not the same as being in/at your own room. Breakfast was nice."

"Great clean room, nice restaurant and breakfast meet expectations. Fell short in the bathroom. The shower door was flimsy and glass was off the track. Placed it back. The shampoo was out and it was those large self serve bottles that are only great when serviced. As I pack light I rely on those tiny extra's in the bathroom. Curtins did not block out all light from the parking lot."

"Wonderful hotel. Very clean, nice comfortable rooms. Loved the layout and roominess of the rooms. Comfortable beds. Better than average continental breakfast. Loved that you could walk across the parking lot to the Cactus Jack’s mexican restaurant to eat. Very convenient and a good place to eat. Enjoyed our stay very much!"

"Nothing fancy, but the check-in process was easy, they upgraded my room (which was very nice of them), the room I had was renovated & actually very nice! The outside/hallway of the hotel was a little dodgy but it was clean & comfortable & made simple!"

"Thr continental breakfast is just two types of cereal, a eggo, coffeee and aome orange or apple juice. The room was dirty and old, sheets had hair on them"

"Upon arrival, we were informed that they were painting the outside, renovating, and the hot tub didn’t work. Also walking to our room, the carpet was torn up and tripping hazard not to mention the garbage piled up outside a room that sat for 2 days. No warning to any of it and we had booked weeks prior. Also the breakfast bar worked half the time."

"It was a bit frustrating because the building is under renovations and it had a strong smell of paint. It was very overwhelming, its something they should state prior to booking. We slept with our windows open how we had headaches every night due to the smell."
