"Excellent breakfast. Convenient to airport and Prague castle area. Parking is expensive but public transportation is just outside the door. Car rentals available on site. Cabs in Prague are relatively inexpensive and can be booked with the Uber app."

"The airport shuttle driver did not arrive despite the fact it was arranged and paid for in advance. I had to send multiple text messages to the management team at the hotel, then he arrived an hour later. Request the phone number of the driver in advance. The tub in the bathroom does not have a non slip surface or grab bars and one can slip and sustain an injury easily. Otherwise a nice stay in a clean, safe, building with access to several restaurants, the tram, and the subway/ metro close...

"Ich möchte auf jeden Fall zwei Aspekte ansprechen, die verbessert werden sollten. Erstens wäre es sinnvoll, die Matratzen zu erneuern, um den Gästen einen besseren Schlafkomfort zu bieten. Zweitens ist der Speisesaal, in dem alle Gäste zusammenkommen, oft überfüllt, sodass es schwierig ist, einen Platz zu finden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher bescheiden und könnte vielfältiger gestaltet werden. Allerdings finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt durchaus in Ordnung. "
