"No housekeeping at all during our three night stay. Wasn't expecting that. No electrical outlets for charging phones beside bed. No bedside table. We were in the 2 bedroom suite on 7th floor. There is a 6 inch step going out of the room right at the door.. big tripping hazard."

"Decent and clean hotel about 15-20 min drive from Stockholm downtown. Building was a bit difficult to find initially as it is surrounded by corporate buildings but the neighborhood was actually quite nice and within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. Room was modern and clean, however the lack of AC was quite frustrating as we were there during what seemed like the hottest week of summer. Lack of a reception desk was also a bit unnerving for our first time in a new country but...

"Il fatto che fosse automatizzato il checkin direi ottimo con un attimo è stata fatta tutta la procedura e con la comoda tessera potevi entrare e uscire quando vuoi 24h senza rischio di rimanere chiuso fuori. Un piccolo aspetto negativo abituato ormai nei soggiorni all’estero mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare il dispenser per bagnoschiuma e shampoo invece delle bottigliette monouso dato che la Svezia è uno di quei paesi più ecologico che c’è. "The hotel is very well located in the heart of Stockholm which makes everything easy to walk to and there are plenty of transport links to allow you to go further. The hotel itself is an old building with a lot of character, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast plentiful and well presented. We stayed in the Apartment, which is massive, but only has one tiny shower room, with basin and toilet and one other toilet. The rooms are very dated and rather dark and the kitchen...
