Balcony was great, but was extremely windy when we stayed so didn’t use. Bunk bed worked well for the kids. Breakfast was self serve and tasty with some local fresh produce. "This is an incredible masseria. The service is very good and the grounds a beautiful. The rooms are very nice, plenty of parking, a chic swimming pool, and cocktails made with ingredients straight from their own garden. "Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."
