"This is a very small, very elegant hotel with incredible service. The staff are very generous with their time and with their amenities. My flights were cancelled and they were extremely kind and helpful. There are beautiful restaurants and bars on different floors. It is also an excellent location, near to the old city but not in it and close to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it."

Service was terrible. There is no automatic cleaning or replacement of linens you have to ask in writing, and it can only happen in the morning. The cleaning lady was INCREDIBLY rude. A smile or hello goes a long ways, but this woman seemed incapable of that."
