"La camera era sporca, sul lenzuolo c'era un capello,lo stesso nel telo, c'era polvere,il bagno era sporco,per non parlare dell' interruttore della luce diventato ormai giallo e la luce sullo specchio con tantissima polvere. The location is definitely the strong point — right in the historic center, so you can walk everywhere without needing a car, which makes everything much easier. "This was a fabulous location close to the Main Street but very quiet. The room was equipped with everything you could need and the host was very communicative and helpful. I would happily stay here again. "

"This place is in the best spot on the water. Rooms are like condos, not hotel rooms. Super comfortable beds and an awesome shower. Staff is really nice and helpful but the breakfast…the breakfast is the best out there. Try everything they offer. Lastly, do yourself a favor in Monopoli, just be. Stay 2 nights. The first day check out all the sights and the second, just chill. You’ll be a new person. "

"I very rarely leave a bad review but I received no response from the owner for two months. We booked the luxury room costing over £100 per night. This was not a luxury room, it had no windows and no wardrobe / drawers to put our clothes away in except 4 hangers on a rope. Our bathroom bin wasn't cleaned properly each day, so I had to ask for it to be emptied and we also woke up to cockroaches in the room.
