"When we checked in, the bed sheets were dirty, which was very unpleasant. Our room also had a separate technical/storage room where there was constant noise — it sounded like a fan or an air conditioning system running all the time. It was very loud and disturbing. We asked to change the room, and although we were moved, the new room had the same issue. Even though the door to that room was closed, the noise was still constant. Overall, this was very uncomfortable and disappointing. Also, housekeeping was not done daily."

"The information states that there are 3 restaurants, but they are not accessible from inside the hotel. So not great in inclement weather or if you have mobility challenges. "

"Good: very friendly and accommodating reception staff, allowed us a late check out. Beds are comfy and the hotel is very fun and modern. Great location. Improvements: We asked for the sheets to be changed the first day but they weren’t, and also the cleaners didn’t put pillow cases on 2 of the pillows. Also disappointing no bathrobes given the calibre of the hotel. Wireless charger in the room didn’t work. "
