- very nice resort, always clean and well maintained - spacious and fully equipped houses - good location and beach easy to reach by bike or car x restaurant's atmosphere not very attractive, service not on a four star level, therefore we only had breakfast there

Ein sehr schönes Resort. Sauber, ausstatung toll auf dem Boot. Es gibt Waschmaschinen,Trockner, Fahrräder gegen Gebühr. Auf dem Boot immer neue Bade-duschtücher, Reinigung alle 2 Tage, Küche gut ausgestattet. Alle Räume Klimatisiert. Personal im ganzen Resort so freundlich egal ob Reinigungskräfe oder Restaurant,Poolbar oder Rezepiton. Frühstück sehr gut. Ich kann dieses Resort nur emofehlen. Eins nur wer ein Boot am fluss mietet muss sich bewust sein es könnte wackelig werden da viele Boote schneller als 5 km fahren. Toilettenspülung etwas lauter. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört. Auch sehr Hunde freundlich das Resort.

Struttura molto bella, molto particolari le houseboat sul fiume, unico neo: la rumorosità degli scarichi del bagno per via del particolare sistema adottato. Rimane comunque un'ottima struttura, adatta sia a famiglie che a coppie in cerca di un po' di intimità.

La struttura è molto bella e ben tenuta. Due pecche: alla reception non tutti sono stati precisi e soddisfacenti con le spiegazioni, e il resort ha una posiIone abbastanza scomoda se non si viaggia in macchina. Per il resto, le houseboat, la piscina e il servizio ristorante ottimi.

Sehr gepflegte, ruhige und neue Anlage mit viel Platz. Das Konzept der Hausboote ist traumhaft schön. Wer Dauer-Animation sucht ist hier falsch, aber gediegene Atmosphäre garantiert Entspannung pur.

Weeds, Not Water

Be aware: the listing shows only the units on the water. What you may actually be booking has no water around it. When we checked in we found that we were booked for a “Garden Unit,” meaning a boat parked on the grass several meters away from any water. Your view from such a unit will likely be weeds, not water. I am sure the unit interior is about the same as those on the water. We did upgrade, but it cost an extra €40 per night. Apart from the disappointment of not having reserved what was in the pictures, the stay was nice. Units are clean. Area is quiet, although you may hear lions roaring an other animals from the zoo next door. Note: if you are prone to motion sickness, a River unit may not be for you. The River was calm when we there, but a passing boat or a good wind will rock you.
This is a Garden and it’s grassy view.
The lawn care around a garden unit is a little more “rustic”.

Tolle Einrichtung, schöner Pool, für italienische Verhältnisse solides Frühstück. Leider kein Restaurant dabei, so dass man selbst kochen oder immer fahren muss. Die Putzfrau wollte um 8 Uhr morgens unbedingt saubermachen und ließ sich kaum abwimmeln. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren!

Soggiorno di una settimana presso questa struttura molto particolare. Sicuramente un idea favolosa e fuori dal comune. La distanza dalla spiaggia (5km) é facilmente percorribile in bicicletta. Sicuramente si possono migliorare molti aspetti ma in complesso una settimana buona di vacanza.

sehr schöne Hausboote mit Wohlfühlcharakter. Aufgrund Eröffnung in 2019 noch fast keine Gebrauchsspuren erkennbar. Gut klimatisiert. Frühstück und Abendessen gab es während unseres Aufenthalts im Green Village. Per Fahrrad gut zu erreichen, ca. 2 km. Wir fanden besonders das Abendessen jeden Tag sehr lecker. Besonders Vorspeisen mit Fisch und Antipasti bleiben im Gedächtnis. Valentino hat den Laden im Griff und ist sehr zuvorkommend. Es wurde mehrfach die Sauberkeit in den Booten bemängelt. Bei Anreise stellten wir keine bösen Überraschungen fest. Reinigungsdienst kam jeden Vormittag. Ich persönlich sehe es eher als Ferienwohnung (egal ob Selbstversorgung oder HP) und nicht als Hotelzimmer, welches täglich gereinigt wird. Wir sprechen hier von Booten mit 65 qm. Zum Elektroboot kann ich leider keine Aussage treffen. Wir hatten es rechtzeitig gebucht. Als wir am Vormittag starten wollten und den Schlüssel holen wollten, hieß es zu viel Strömung und zu windig. Eine kurze Vorabinfo oder ein Hinweis, wäre schön gewesen. Mund abwischen, weiter gehts :)

Interessantes Konzept, sehr durchdacht. Es ist alles vorhanden, um einen Urlaub in ungezwungenem Ambiente zu erleben. Alle Räume mit Klimaanlage. Sehr sauber. Man kann Halbpension buchen, aber sich auch selbst verpflegen. Es gibt Grillplätze, Tennisplätze und einen schönen Pool. Obwohl ausgebucht gab es genug Liegen. Sowohl für Familien als auch Paare geeignet.
