Attendant at desk wasn’t informative at all and made us wait out in heat while room was already turned over by house keeping. STAY AWAY !"

After traveling to the keys from Ft. Lauderdale it was most disappointing. They offered a refund and it took me three hours to find somewhere else to stay. Will not come back"

"Bloody q-tip on window sill, I go politely and say multiple brown stains or smears on towel with a fowl smell, what appeared to be blood stains on blanket, AC unit was loud and made noises all night, and didn’t even cool the room temperature. Alerted the staff in the morning and expected some sort of contact or something, just a well look into it and nothing.
