Cons:
Hospitality: We were about 20 mins early to check in and the front desk hostess rudely reminded that Aloha spirit only starts after 4pm. The room was ready but she really didn't want to check us in before 4pm.
Room: it's a motel 6 quality room with no insulation/sound proofing whatsoever. The street noise, especially the roosters crowing at 2am, are a special treat to wake you up. The AC broke down after first night of stay and then there were portable ACs provided which were not ideal and taking up your walking space. Coffee machine was not working, we got the replacement though.
The balcony was unaccessible - safety reasons, since building is falling apart.
For the price point, they make you take your garbage out, only one coffee pouch provided - no refills, and charge you the resort fee of $22 for handling their "housekeeping" tasks.
Pro: Location was good, easy drive from airport and that's that, not enough to justify to spend your time in a decades old property.
I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place for the price point.
