"Checking in after hours was quite difficult using the hotels.com they didn’t prepare the correct booking information which therefore was a problem on the screen after hours. Luckily the call centre helped out but it was a lot of stress and worry so late at night. The room was basic, a kettle and more cups would have been nice. Also the option to have extra pillows would be useful. The bunk rooms are really good, giving you privacy as a couple when sharing with your family but equally knowing they are safe. "

We asked if the tap water was safe to drink, but it smelled and tasted like pure chlorine. I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s just not worth it.
