The bedrooms were cells, small but well equipped with ensuite bathrooms. The position is slightly outside the centre of Stockholm but all the better. "Here’s a polished review you could post: We absolutely loved our stay at Nordic Light Hotel! This was our family’s first visit to Stockholm, and the hotel made a wonderful first impression. We arrived from the airport by train, and the hotel is literally a 2-minute walk from Stockholm Central Station, which made everything so easy. "This is my second stay here and the property just opened a few weeks now. Everything about this property is perfect. The staff, the location, the cleanliness, the beautiful rooms, the public space and vibe here is just amazing. I can’t remember the English guys name at the check in but he is Ace. Supermarket within feet and lots of restaurants including food truck for authentic food and if you need a McDonald’s fix… right there also. I’ll def return next time I am in town."

"We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a huge plus. A good Scandinavian selection, and tasty. We were a little nervous not having our own bathroom, but it wasn't really an issue. Each bathroom had a shower, toilet, and sink and locked. They seemed to be cleaned multiple times a day. This was a great location to walk to Gamla Stan or to the ferry for the Vasa museum. Lots of cafes and grocery stores nearby. Would stay here again!"

"Nice historic building on a bit of a hill on a quiet street. It has a cobbled entry that is a little difficult with large luggage. The room was clean and a nice size. Room amenities and the staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast spread was quite varied and there is lots of seating inside and outside the hotel. Very close to the subway. As well, if you enjoy vintage/ secondhand shopping, it is located in the midst of the Slow Fashion District. Really enjoyed my stay here!"
