"Really nice decor in the property and everything was brand new. The staff were lovely and very thoughtfully left a cake in our room for my husband’s birthday.
The bed was comfortable and the room was a good temperature.
We had to move room as our original room had a window that did not close properly and let noise in. More areas for hanging clothes would be useful and no conditioner in the bathroom which would have been useful."

"Duplex très spacieux et bien situé près de la gare. Il faisait très exceptionnellement chaud et l’appartement n’était malheureusement pas climatisé (bon d’accord, nous sommes à Lille) et impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres à cause des restaurants aux alentours et des odeurs de cuisines. J’y retournerai avec plaisir"

"Very clean and bright room! The woman at reception was extremely helpful and kind. I did purchase the breakfast for children and I would say that it was lacking for the price. There are a lot of bakeries and coffee shops within walking distance which would be a better value. It was nice that the hotel offered free coffee and hot drinks throughout the day."
