"I mistakenly thought this was the hotel property attached to the airport. That was my bad. They had a convenient shuttle so that was fine. The property itself had a weird vibe. You entered through big steel gates that felt like you were entering a prison facility. There were cameras everywhere. The room was clean and spacious but little things like there was only one towel for two of us when we arrived and there was only one coffee pod and it was decaffeinated. "An email about the shuttle from the airport was nice, but the instructions to find it were terrible- no signs.
Also, in the room, I couldn’t turn on most lights, including the bathroom. It would have been helpful to know to put keycard in the little box by the door. After another trip downstairs, I found out.
On positive note, the staff was helpful and breakfast was very good. Didn’t use other amenities."
