Very close to Starbucks, Wong Grocery, very good restaurants of wide variety. One block from Javier Prado a major street where one can take a bus, only 8 soles to go to Mall, easy and safe to walk. Walking distance to Country Club hotel but an inexpensive taxi ride if elderly.

Pésimo servicio lugar y atención

Pésimo servicio para tener un hotel 4 estrellas supuestamente no hay wifi no sirve el ascensor no hay servicio a la habitación el baño es compartido todo está empolvado no dan toallas a las habitaciones jamás había estado en el lugar tan malo de verdad les queda grande estar ubicados en san Isidro

- Llegamos en la noche y estaba todo cerrado sin señalizacion iluminada que dijera que teniamos que tocar un timbre, no contestaban el telefono que indicaba donde llamar. -El responsable salio molesto, ni buenas noches dijo. -La atencion del señor muy muy mala. - Habitacion sin barrer y baño sucio. - Eramos 4 y solo pusieron dos toallas. - no dicen que el baño es compartido entre dos habitaciones. - camas durisimas. - saliamos a las 3 de la mañana y el señor nos dio el numero para llamarlo para el check out y nunca contesto y tuvimos que irnos dejando la llave en el mostrador, por suerte la puerta se podia abrir y pudimos salir. - tuvimos que pedir un indrive a esa hora por que el señor iba a llamarnos un taxi pero como nunca nos contesto quedamos a esa hora solos a buscar transporte. Terrible, no lo recomiendo ni en familia, ni solo, ni para trabajo. Expedia deberia eliminar este alojamiento dentro de sus opciones, uso frecuente expedia para mis viajes y jamas habia tenio una experiencia tan mala. Terrible!!!!
