"Outside area was filthy. Garden full of weeds The wooden table was missing pieces. The gas barbecue was not there as advertised. Pictures make it look much nicer than it is. My family were very disappointed. They have an electric car charger which is very expensive also."

"Overall great value for money accommodation! Quite central to Bristol and the area around has a lot of shops and places to eat very lively atmosphere with students etc. The communication was excellent and staff were attentive. House is nice, quite basic inside, and a little run down but clean and no safety concerns. Parking is limited to paid on the street, and it's a busy area with a fair bit of road noise all night due to single pane windows. But overall good and well organised letting company...

"There was holes in the floor, the corners were dusty, and not just oh they forgot to dust, this has been built up like they only bother to vacum the centre. The floorboards does creak, the doors are loud when trying to sleep."
