"Cannot fault this hotel , great location too. The only niggle I have was having to pay for parking. We parked on the nearby multi storey which cost us £20 for the weekend."

"Turned down the bed & the sheet was filthy. Covered in marks & hair! Staff did come & change the sheets but not pillow cases! Didn’t realise at first!
There was lumps of dust on the floor as well.
Light fitting over the sofa didn’t work at all.
Had air con in the room (18 degrees) as it was really hot in there & when I got back the cleaners had turned it on hot (30 degrees). So had to start again cooling the room down!
There was a mini bar, with no info at all. No prices or advice on if it was free.
Our room wasn’t too bad, but friends room was so dark! & other friends had to move as the room smelt really badly!
Breakfast was very tasty & amazing choice.
& staff were very helpful & friendly.
Free drink at the bar was a really nice touch.

"A Beautiful hotel...Peaceful and relaxing. Lovely helpful, professional staff. Delicious food, breakfast is such a 'Treat' cooked to order, the best omelettes ever!! Fresh juices, fresh sourdough bread!...The space and ambience in the dining room is very relaxing.
The staff are friendly and cannot do enough to help. The rooms are very comfortable, with lovely beds. The downstairs snug/bar area are very lovely areas to sit and have a quiet drink. The whole place is just very 'Special'. We are already planning our next visit!'......The grounds and setting are very 'Tranquil' & welcoming.10/10!"
