"AC unit was partially hanging out of the front wall. Outside temperature is 100° and the inside temperature was barely cool. There was a wet towel on the floor collecting water underneath the AC unit in the room. The front door wouldn't lock until I worked on it to lift it up and hold it in place so I could lock it. I paid for a queen room and got two double beds. The front lobby windows were filthy"

"The overnight staff that checked me in was super nice and helpful. The room seemed relatively clean although it did need a few things fixed like the towel rack that didn’t exist, but that’s not that big of a deal. The carpets need to be shampooed badly. My daughter who is two ran around, barefoot in the hotel room and nowhere else and the bottoms of her feet were completely black. "The rooms were overbooked.i reserved my room two weeks ago for check in after 3 with my grandchild when I finally arrived there was no room and 3 other sets of people waiting for reserved rooms in front of us it was late my grandchild was restless and we had over a two hours wait. But mgmt was as devasted as we were and kept apologizing. It was not there fault the shift before gave up our reserved rooms. Ms Cher and her assistance did all they can to accommodate us. I would like a full refund"

"One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had after booking a hotel staff at the front desk hung up with me twice after I called to ask for the shuttle to the airport and they never sent it. I actually had to end up booking a new room."

"Our room was spacious for 2 people. The bathroom was average but it was clean enough. It does need a bit of deep cleaning as the vents were filled with dust. The beds were comfortable. For the price we paid, it believe it was well worth it."

"Breakfast was a granola bar and coffee was terrible. Sink had someone else's toothpaste splatter still on it and fan in bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. Wash cloth had holes in them."
