"I must be honest, I am very disappointed. For some strange reason although I checked reviews before hand, I was not able to see all the reviews which would have prevented me from booking. 20 min before leaving the owner messaged to say his cleaner did not come and asked whether we still wanted to go. He offered us £60 refund if we wanted to go and take our own bedding etc. We accepted as we were all packed. Arrived there, no hot water and the place wasn't really well kept. We contacted the...

"Excellent communication with owner, providing comprehensive directions to find the property. The lodge is set in a peaceful forest, within an established forest holiday park. The lodge is an ideal place for a short break with dogs (definitely dog-friendly) The property itself is showing signs of needing some renovation and general upkeep. The electric fire had no remote control, rendering it inoperable. Fortunately 4 other electric panel heaters provide adequate warmth. In terms of comfort, the...

"Absolutley horrendous! Should be removed form the Hotels.com. Both Hotels.com and the owner have offered no explanation. Please see email i sent below to property owner, no response. Hi, my name is **** *******, we recently made a booking and stayed at your caravan at Tattershall Lakes. I wanted to send this email rather than writing a scathing review as appreciate some of the items may be out of your direct control. After the little bit of confusion checking in we got to the caravan on the...

"My family and I spent the weekend at the 33 lodge located inside the Southview Holiday Park. It was a beautiful place and we all loved it so much. It felt like a home away from home. We also had a beautiful hot tub and enjoyed every bit of it. I highly reccomend this lodge for a nice family break. It has all the essentials needed in a home, it is very clean and very well taken care of. As a plus, there's so much to do around there for both adults and kids 👌💯"

"Lodge very clean well situated on quite part of camp lovely camp staff brilliant very dog friendly had a lovely time"

"Had an amazing stay with family. Dog friendly park, and nothing was too much for our hosts. Cheryl and Simon were onsite and on hand if needed. Definitely would go back again. A quiet park between Mablethorpe and Ingoldmells."

"We had fantastic stay, caravan was clean and well equipped, in lovely quiet location, close everywhere. My kids enjoyed watching wildlife around and plenty of space. We will be back again. Thank you, highly recommended 👌 Very friendly and helpful host."

"Pet friendly, clean comfortable caravan, location great as close to the beach which is dog friendly, beach cafe food and staff fantastic, very disappointed with popas food. Enjoyed our stay will go again."

"Fantastic value for money and a lovely caravan well modernised and in a great quiet village. Thanks for having us."

"We have just returned from a weekend break at this stunning caravan! I would highly recommend, the host was lovely, and the van was immaculate. The touch of a welcome helper was a lovely surprise, and much appreciated, plus there was other unexpected equipment for us to use such as a hoover and a Nintendo Wii (which the kids loved!). I also appreciated the slow cooker and we made use of the board games (thank you!) The van is located in a quiet cul de sac very close to the main entrance and...
