"The property was very clean. It had a yummy breakfast with enough options for everyone. The staff are very polite and nice. The property is conveniently located near the freeway, has a gym, and includes free parking."

"We stay here almost once a week for business trip. This was the second time I was told by the front desk that the credit card auth was all good, submitted, not pending. When my employee arrives, they tell him the credit card declined. He arrived 1.5 days after making the reservation. They should have told me the card declined (if at all) way before my employee arrived. I do NOT appreciate this at all!"
