"This was one of our favorite places we stayed in Portugal. The lady who runs this is absolutely wonderful (as well as her pet goat and dogs). She even makes a lovely homemade breakfast, by request, for only 6€ a person. In the morning, we could smell her homemade bread baking. The suite we stayed in had a full kitchen, a super comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a beautiful balcony with a view of the hills. The property is very quiet and located in such a peaceful area. "A hotel set in beautiful surroundings. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to us and the dog. The room was a good size and had a balcony with a hammock and lake view.
The breakfast was good, with freshly cooked eggs.
The food in the evening was a bit limited; only one choice of a main meal but there were numerous bar snacks and sharing platters.
Not really a problem though, as there was a restaurant 5 minutes walk down the road.
In all a very enjoyable stay"

"Terra Rosa was the most beautiful stay we have ever had! The grounds are quiet, so well kept and absolutely stunning. The staff was always so kind and helpful. Our rooms were clean, comfy, spacious and made us feel so relaxed. Definitely would stay here again! "

"Everything was immaculate..big bathroom big bed..felt like a cozy home...big lit wooden fireplaces were inviting and took the chill of the night away.. the hosts were very kind and accommodating..breakfast was full of fresh pastries and fruit"
