"Great hotel, staff was great, amenities were constantly restocked, pool was chilly but nice. The hot tub would have been nice, but it no longer exists. Overall great hotel with great staff and pool, but no hot tub."

"The staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent. The parking was horrible because all the doors were broken besides the front lobby door. It was very annoying carrying bags from the opposite end of the hotel to go through the single door when exterior doors were right next to our room. There was good shower pressure, but the water never got warm. It was a cold shower for sure."

"My spouse and I chose the Baymont Inn and suites in Northwood,. Ohio mainly ,because of the reasonable price and that it included breakfast. Upon arrival, we found our room to be clean and the staff helpful. The hotel was near a great selection of places to eat and convenient stores for everyday needs . The hotel was just what we needed for our couple of week's stay while waiting for our house to be finished . Despite the hotel being off of I-75, it was very quiet and peaceful. We recommend...

"The property was in a perfect location for what we needed. Right across the street from Lake Erie, and Jolly Roger's. We could see the lake from our room. "I liked how comfortable the bed was and that it was quiet there. I did not like the paint splatter dried in the tub, gray- hard to see in the photo, when I scrubbed it was coming off so they could have cleaned it. The hot water to the sink in the bathroom was turned off see photo. The coffee supplies were not fully stocked and an old coffee filter was left in the coffee maker. Opening the coffee without ripping the filter inside was a challenge (photo included). There was no signage to make...

"The person whom we first dealt with at check-in around 1:00 pm seemed to be easily confused. We asked to pay upon departure but were charged ahead of time to an account we would not have chosen. She assured us twice that breakfast was on the second floor instead of the obvious dining area right beside us. Everyone else was great."
