"When i got to Medellin i got scamed by another hotel. So this was my only option because everything was sold out for a concert. The first 2 nights they charged me 20$ the next night they wanted me to book via Expedia ( more expensive ) 681 to be exact. Room are run down. Beds are well made. No hot water, no airconditioning, noisy the whole day. To make it more fantastic i have a phobia for cockroaches. The 3rd night during the night there was little ones in the bathroom. "Breakfast was not what I expected. Instead of a buffet, with a lot to choose from, it resembled a small hospital cafeteria. Rooms were clean, only thing I didn’t like about the single room, was that the sink was in the room and not where it should’ve been in the bathroom. As far as the staff goes, some were nice, and others weren’t. One of the staff members made me feel like I was not welcome there."

If you’re looking for a nice place to stay with Security in the heart of El Poblado, this hotel is a good option for you. The only thing to remember is, there are multiple clubs on that street so ask for a room on the backside of the hotel. Otherwise the street noise and music can be a lot to try deal with while sleeping....
