"We felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Although we reached the hotel before check-in time, the staff kindly assisted with storing our luggage. When we returned later, our bags had already been placed in our room, which was a lovely surprise. A staff member personally showed us to the room and gave a short introduction, which made the experience feel even more thoughtful. The service throughout our stay was excellent and very professional. The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient to get around, and the spa facilities were very enjoyable and relaxing. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely return."

"This short stay hotel in the Famous Small Town of Jiaoxi is conveniently located and offers guests very friendly and efficient service. It is not a fancy hotel but it is well appointed and the breakfast buffet was always fresh and well maintained. I give it a big Thumbs Up."

"The bath tub that can be filled with the hot spring water was very nice to enjoy after our daughter went to bed. We enjoyed the breakfast and drink options, and the playroom next door. If you're not a local, the staff couldn't speak English, but one of us could communicate in Mandarin so we were fine. We would recommend to other families with young children."
