"Not having to leave the airport in order to get to the hotel was an outstanding convenience. Also, trains go directly from the airport to central Amsterdam. That combination makes the Sheraton the ideal location, especially for short stays."

"Staff is all so helpful. The room i would say just weird having a number two right in the room like that. Unless you close your glass circular doors for your business. This is best for a single traveller. Definitely not a friend’s room."

"Hotel shuttle is not free, and you need to book online via scan app , and the staff go on break for a couple hours , so no option to get a ride to the airport then. Uber is cheaper and faster. Hotel is a bit away from the airport 10-15 minutes depending on traffic and you cannot get a coffee at the restaurant if you didn’t pay for breakfast."

"Spacious and well equipped bedroom. We had a balcony room with nice views over the neighbourhood. Excellent breakfast buffet and friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is situated in a very upmarket part of Harleem with a bus stop right by the hotel, as we travelled to the station most days for the train ride to Amsterdam. Overall a lovely 4 night stay."

"The hotel is very nice and i have stayed many times but this time was surprised and somewhat let down by being charged for 2 extra coffee pods....that sort of pettiness would make me look at alternatives "

"The staff was great answered all my questions! The breakfast was great super yummy and loads of options to choose from! However the beds were tiny hard one was squishy too. Was a little dirty and the construction was super loud during the middle of the night. Close to the airport 20 minutes was a quick uber ride or you can take the train"
