"Our stay in Crete was the best part of our 2-week vacation. We stayed at LAVRIS at the end of our stay in Crete because we had an early morning ferry and wanted to be close to the Port. The staff were so friendly and kept us informed before checking in and also after checking out. The area around the Hotel is busy but once you are inside it is nice and quiet. The hotel was very walkable - after checking in we actually had to drop our rental car back off at the airport and we decided to walk back...

"Excellent hébergement,je vous conseille les suites avec piscine privée. Seul bémol le monsieur barbu,et de forte corpulence(gros )de l’accueil du soir,on l’a eu à notre arrivée vers minuit ( pas très aimable,nous donne une carte sur les deux , donc on avais une chambre sans lumière,on a du forcer pour avoir la deuxième ) et à notre départ vers 5h00 ,pas très aimable aussi (refuse de nous donner notre box de petit déjeuner demandé la veille ,veux nous faire payer des surtaxes ), sinon très bon...

The flat was more than we have expected, the pool was clean as well as the entire house. after the regular cleaning service we found some local dishes which we highly appreciated. "When we arrived at panorama we couldnt believe how lovely the place was. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a pretty decent size and the hotel manager was always available to recommend excursions/restaurants. The location was also incredibly convenient- we were right next to a bus stop which took us to Heraklion city/airport and there are plenty of car rental places within arms reach if you want to go on longer excursions.
