"Very good and convenient hotel. Good breakfast. Free hotel shuttle from Airport to Hotel BUT you need yo pay for it from Hotel to Airport. "

"The staff were welcoming and nice and always answered my questions when needed the only problem is for a couple days I would have the sign on my door to please come in and clean/replace linens and the cleaning staff never did. I had to track them down and ask them. Also please look into getting a microwave."

"The hotel gave our initial room away before we checked in, however, they were accomodating and gave us two rooms instead so that we had space to sleep and be comfortable."

"I was given a room that faced a construction site, which wasn't the greatest. But the room had all the usual Best Western amenities including a coffee maker and a kettle for making tea. The one thing I missed was a box of facial tissues (aka Kleenex to North Americans), The buffet breakfast was very enjoyable, using real plates and cutlery (aka silverware to the Americans). Check in was quick because only minimal information was given: room number, restaurant location and elevators. All other information needed to be asked for. "When we come back to Amsterdam, we always stay 1 night in the Citizen at the Airport to aclimatize and sleep well on their excellent beds."

"There’s a walkway from the airport to hotel, so you don’t have to go outside. Staff are friendly and helpful, the lady who helped me could see I was exhausted from travelling and made sure I had a quiet room. The bathroom was equipped with everything even a shower cap, which was great as I only had hand luggage with my essentials. The breakfast buffet had everything. "
