"Die Cottages liegen in einer sehr gepflegten, bepflanzen Anlage mitten im Grünen und haben einen tollen Pool. Der ideale Ort für Ruhesuchende, allerdings etwas weiter weg von den Sehenswürdigkeiten/Stränden von Naxos. Die Zimmer mit kleiner Veranda sind sehr schön, nur die Küchenzeile und das Bad sind recht klein und basic. Das WLan ist nicht das Stabilste. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. "

My wife and I just returned from our anniversary trip that included the island of Naxos and had the pleasure of staying here, not only were we treated like welcome guests we were treated like family! The suite was comfortable and clean, but what made this experience was the staff, warm, welcoming and just all around wonderful. So five stars doesn’t even seem ti be enough."

"From the moment of arrival to the day of departure the staff at the Grotta Hotel were superb! They offered transfer to and from the port, an incredibly delicious and freshly made spread of breakfast foods, and the spa amenities were a lovely little bonus. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, as were the rest of the premises. Our only wish is that we had stayed longer! "

"The accommodation was spacious, clean, quiet, and uncluttered, and having a washer available was especially convenient during our stay. It is located in a residential neighborhood, outside the city center, about 25 minutes from the port. The only drawback was that the road between the port and the accommodation was not very pedestrian friendly, especially when walking with luggage. My favorite were the domades and kalamata olives beside my eggs and fruit. We also rented a cat from there and that was smooth sailing. Do rent a car for at least a day or two.
