"You would have thought that they would have offered a discount since the elevator didn’t work and hasn’t for at least a couple weeks. The stairs aren’t easy to navigate when you have had two back surgeries. "

"Parking was fine. Breakfast was bare. Bagels and cereal was about all they had and it wasn’t great. Wish we would have gone to the hotel behind this one, we had friends there and they said the food was better. Also our door lock was broken and the elevator was scary sounding. "

"The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and gracious. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Overall our stay there was a very good experience."

"The hallways were dingy, 1st room smelled like cheap disinfectant, 2nd room a bit better. Room was cold, heat brought it up, but no way to turn off the fan, which ran all night. Sheets were scratchy. TV didn't connect, so couldn't watch a show before going to sleep. Breakfast was pretty good, but the coffee was like used motor oil. Stay at Motel 6, and eat a good breakfast at Black Bear. Money ahead."

"The stay was great until we tried to go eat breakfast and it didn’t open until 7am. So many people were down stairs trying to eat breakfast, but had to leave before they had the chance. Most places we have stayed breakfast opens at 6:30am. We had to leave hit a drive thru and eat on the way. Breakfast is a must when we stay at hotels because it’s convenient, no extra stops, and that expense is already included, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case here. "
