"The hotel location is ok. It's about 20 min to Mississauga. But it's better to stay in Markham area if you want to have more choices of restaurants. Although it's quite new, there is NO ceiling lights except some desk and floor lamps. Even with all lights are on, the room is very dark. During my stays, the TV in my room and the ice machine on 3rd floor is not working."

"The hotel was very clean. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The pool and hot tub was amazing with an outdoor patio attached where you can sit in the sun on lounge chairs. There is a restaurant with decent prices; we didn't eat there but it looked clean and inviting. Lots of space in the lobby to sit and socialize. The grounds were kept very well and its a 5 min walk to Timmy's down a nice sidewalk. Close to many amenities. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We would definitely return."

"Is a nice place to stay, we stay there for 10 nights and it was very good, the parking is free and also they have a good breakfast. The breakfast is always the same so, after a few days of course you want to try something else, al mayor supermarket are at a close drive range and the rooms have a small kitchen so you can prepare things in your own space, so maybe that my only recommendaton, not a critic, to make variations at least every 3 days in the breakfast selection, for the rest it was...

"This was an amazing experience, the room so clean that I couldn't believe it, air conditioning worked so well too... initially we were going to stay for one night but decided one more because the junior suite that we stayed for fantastic... very large sun exposure but at night completely darkness... curtains were very thick... front desk was incredibly helpful and polite... I am definitely recommending it. We are coming back as well."

"As a Hilton honors member, staff bent over backwards to prevent me from accessing the free breakfast that was on offer for members the night I stayed. I booked through Expedia instead of through the hotel not realizing, and so, I asked to be included in the deal despite my mistake. But it was this HUGE obstacle for a breakfast, god forbid an extra breakfast be served, give me a break, Hilton, please do better."
