"Booked last minute and when I called Sharon was was so helpful and accommodating. Across the street from the Motorsport Ranch there is nowhere better to stay in the area and much better prices than any other nearby hotels. And free coffee all day is a plus!"

"The inside was very clean, manager was very helpful. The air conditioner and coffee maker was great. TV and sleeping quarters was good. I think the only thing I seen that needs to be addressed is all the barn swallow nests and their droppings need to be cleared away. Not a good thing to have bird excrement falling not only on our heads but also the hoods of our cars. Otherwise very nice place to lay down ones head for the night. 😊"

"Non smoking room smells of smoke. Floor was tacky so I kept my flip flops on. Every thing else was good. I left before breakfast was served."

"It was very clean and beautiful and quiet. No other guests when we stayed. The bar tender was very kind and sweet. The only real dock on rating for us is that the food was hit or miss for the price and there were two locals in the bar at dinner that were super annoying and made our dinner experience very uncomfortable. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angel’s Nest B&B. Built on the highest point in Parker County, this is a lovely Victorian home built in 1890s with vintage furnishings, but with up to date amenities. A/C, electricity, TV, etc. Comfy king size bed, delicious breakfast, clean, welcoming staff, wonderful wrap around porch perfect for sitting outside viewing for miles while enjoying a gentle breeze. Free parking on the property. "

"Lotta overgrown weeds in the entrance of the property. Shower faucet was not working properly. AC in the room was not cooling."

"Loved the stay! They have brand new mattresses! I know because I got there at 1:00 and watched a truckload of old ones being hauled off and the last new ones being put in the rooms. It's a safe and quiet property and the owner is so nice. The rooms look just like the photos. My only complaint would be they forgot to fill the body wash dispenser and bathed with shampoo, lol. Definitely recommend this one."

"Cute little retro style motel in Stephenville! Must stay if you’re passing through and want a little throw back to the old days but modernized! Clean, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere!"

"The air conditioning did not work - we sweltered the first night. The second night, the hotel provided a loud fan. The young man was very apologetic and nice."

"The shower in my particular room was not able to be turned on. The door had fairly large gaps all around it so daylight and air were always coming in. The ac was ok but it was fighting 85 degree ish air while being off all day so it didn't cool quickly but was very cool by morning. The staff was friendly, even for it being a later check in."

"I pulled the sheets off of the bed to inspect for bedbugsupon arrival as I do in every hotel and found the mattresses completely stained up and gross. The sheets look like they had been slept in. There was supposed to be Wi-Fi, but it never was accessible therefore the Roku TV didn’t work and I couldn’t access emails or any data. The shower had pink mildew on the shower curtain. If I had had any other choice, I would’ve gone somewhere else."
