"Breakfast was good. Staff at desk were helpful. Location was good. However there are a few negatives The room was never cleaned during our 10 day stay. The floor was dirty even on the day we started our stay. The cleaning crew did the bare minimum - change towels, put some drinking water bottles and neatened the bed. I wish they could have swept or mopped the floor at least every other day. I hate to ill speak the cleaning staff but their service was unsatisfactory"

"Checking in was efficient, and communication was professional. Facility is extremely nice value for money. I did not like the fact that the Cat location and its litter was right next to the door entrance."

"I don’t have one good thing to say about this hotel. Worst one I’ve ever stayed in. Staff was rude, washroom was dirty, smelled bad and toilet didn’t flush properly. Beds were hard as a rock. AC was very loud. Bugs came in as there was an opening in the washroom window as it was broken. Pool was dingy. Worst hotel ever."

"I stayed there with my son while we was visiting Trinidad. The owner was very welcoming and réactive. The room we had was a high quality with everything we needed (and Even more) . There is an outside Space on the first floor and we could Park our car . We Even were able to use a washing machine which really helped us out. This is a high Value place for the price we paid. I recommend it and would definitely come back next time i am on the island."

"Front desk charged me an extra $30 USD for my husband. After paying he asked which way we should go to find the room she said I'm talking to her since she is the one rented the room. That was so rude and disrespectful I couldn't even react I was so in shock. Very ignorant and rude of her first time in Trinidad and that is one experience I won't forget. Now I see what my husband was talking about."
