"Small but comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, which probably explains the high price for this type of hotel. Central location but still very quiet area."

"The hotel was fine, but I'm not sure why it was 5 stars. And, the room smelled terrible. It was clean enough but there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom and we had to keep the window open all night, which made it loud. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Lisbon. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The Elevador restaurant was also excellent, with great food and service. I loved my stay, have already recommended it, and will definitely be back. One of my best travel experiences."

"We really enjoyed this property. The room was very clean and we appreciated the decor. The room was quiet and the beds very comfortable. The hotel had a small seating area at the top of the building which was a nice place to hang out and enjoy a cup of tea. "

"Truly a 10/10 experience. Great staff, hotel is so cute. Had a little dishwasher and kitchen set up if needed. Area was perfect. 100% coming back and upset I didn’t stay here the whole time. Speak easy, Mediterranean restaurant, and great Portuguese food. You’ll be sad if you skip this spot. "
