"We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The lobby, room, restaurants (SkyBar & Guilty - food & service were very good) were well appointed and showed very well. The pool and sauna areas were a little tired looking, but were still clean and were able to be used. It’s a great location for the train station and for exploring the Aquarium, Marina and waterfront. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"The location was great. But lobby was tonight and our room was located in another building close by. Room had a nice bored. But was noisy with music until 11:15 pm. It served our needs for a two night stay. The staff was friendly and stored our luggage until mid afternoon even though we checked out in the morning. I would definitely consider staying here again. "

"The hotel was modern and clean. The location worked well for us, as close to the metro to get to the harbour and city attractions, close to a supermarket, and close to a rail station to get direct to Sintra and other attractions outside the city. We booked a top floor suite with a patio balcony. The downside was that although it had a fridge and microwave, there was no plates, glasses or cuttlery. Only paper cups were allowed as the hotel was still awaiting approval for these in the room. Hence spoilling a nice evening glass of wine on the patio with views of Lisbon."
