"Our stay was very brief as we overnighted in Lisbon to catch a flight next morning. I specifically chose this hotel as it offers a free shuttle to/from the airport. It proved challenging to get the shuttle to come pick us up as you have to call and I guess they were very busy when we called so we ended up using Uber. On the way to the airport we used the shuttle which was very convenient."

"Amazing hotel to stay in.The hotel is clean with modern amenities. The staff and managers are courteous, considerate and helpful. Despite being slightly farther from the city centre, they have free bus shuttle to and from Lisbon downtown. Great ambience. Loved it and am glad am coming back in three days time."

Fabulous included breakfast and the character visits were a big hit for my child! We loved swimming in the pool and the man at the kids club area was friendly and made balloon animals for her.
