Loved the place. The staff was amazing, the room was spacious, clean, had a lovely balcony and the area was quiet and safe with easy access to sites and restaurants. The hotel is located on a VERY steep hill and there is no elevator in the building so if walking is a challenge, beware!

The place is cozy and well situated, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Note to others, this hotel is located on a pedestrianized cobblestone street up a hill. Be prepared to walk. To me, that just added to the charm.

Excellent accommodations! All the staff were amazing. Very helpful in providing suggestions for restaurants, highlights in the city to visit, how to navigate city transit systems. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Bed and bath linens were high quality. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very, very, very nice staff. Always a hello and smiles. The apartment was just right, and near a lot of places to eat and drink. Clean, comfortable and a really nice shower, only thing I would suggest are pillow tops for the beds. They are a but firm.

I love this place! The view from our balcony is gorgeous and we spend an entire afternoon just sitting there drinking and taking pictures. The room is spacious, although the stairway is a bit narrow (but the staff there has taken care of all our luggages up and down so it’s not an issue). The front desk lady has been extremely helpful and super nice in terms of booking us parking space, sending parking and checking-in instructions, as well as sharing restaurants and stores around the hotel. Highly recommended

54 Caterina was the most enjoyable stay at any hotel this vacation...the staff, especially Alejandra and Miere were so eager to help with directions, suggestions and any type of question! The room we had was peaceful, quiet, in the middle of many things to do and see , and our sleep was terrific on that beautiful firm mattress! ( firm, not hard!) Everything was pleasant, and the kitchen was perfect, but the outdoor patio, was so relaxing after a busy day. The whole experience was dreamy!

Location is very convenient, stuff is super friendly. Shue (hope I spell her name right) gave us a very detail recommendations for Lisbon sightseeings, foods, public transit, etc… the room is spacious, nice decorated, the bed is very comfortable. Also, the staff let us checked in earlier. I would love to stay here again when we visit Lisbon next time :)

This was a very nice property and our unit was gorgeous. Terrific courtyard on main floor for lounging outside. Nurian was the perfect host and communicated very effectively and quickly with us. Would stay there again.
