Well-located Appartments, walking distance to the main attraction sites. There is also a near-by metro station and grocery stores. I did not receive the instructions for the self check-in but we got immediate assistance when using the phone at the entrance of the building.

Check in was once you arrive and buzz the door and complete a check in at the self service kiosk. Had to call to clarify this, as the booking confirmation said they wouod send a code before arriving at the property. Very clean and well maintained.

This property is right in the middle of downtown and perfect location to walk everywhere. The nearness to the metro was our most important request, and this property did not disappoint.

We didn’t get an access code or reservation number in advance. Telephoned the day before and was told to ring on arrival. No-one answering bell, no-one answering phones. Ended up on chat with hotels.com to resolve. Extremely frustrating. That said, the apartment itself was exactly as advertised. Clean, good size, and a great location.

Stayed there with family (2 kids 2 adults). Check in was easy and location is just perfect from every angle. So many options early for food and groceries. Apartment was very nice and clean. Cleaners we came across were supper friendly. We managed to store our luggage after check-out for only 2 euros. Strongly recommended for family who like to stay close to all the attractions in a safe and sounds area

Stay was very good. It is in a good location if you don’t mind a bit of a walk. I was a lone female traveller and felt very safe in and around the area. Service was great, especially as you don’t see anyone. They responded to emails and calls promptly when required. Also able to store luggage at a property close by if needed. Sofia was especially helpful

I don’t get any information for checking in. Even though I sent a message, but I have never received the reply. We obtained the checking information from the support of Hotels.com. The location of the hotel is good. The condition of the hotel is decent.

The balcony was great. The housekeeping service was great and discreet. Many guests were loud at night, since the wall were not sound proof they were waking us up. Maybe put a noise curfew to promote a sense of civility. The place was close to the metro and walkable from Lisbon downton.

This was a spacious two bedroom flat which was suitable for us, the kitchen was well equipped and it was clean and tidy. There was not much noise and the entrance felt secure. After reading the reviews I phoned the company the morning of our arrival to get the check in details. They said most of the emails end up in the junk folder. The bathroom was quite small and a bit tired looking. It wouldn’t be great for 6 people staying. It was a convenient location and only took 10 minutes to walk to Rossio square, 5 minutes to Aldi and plenty of cafes and restaurants. It’s basic and simple, but clean and convenient.

Property was ok, bed was very hard though. Shower worked great, nice hot water. Apartment was clean and nice kitchen setup even though we didn’t use it. No contact check in was easy. We were on the 1st floor so we kind of heard a lot of noise and music from a brunch place next door that was apparently very popular because there was a constant line of people waiting to eat there very early in the morning. Only complaint really.

The property is newly renovated but the unit I was in had the water tap broken, so a bit inconvenient to adjust the temperature. It is close to the main shopping/tourist area, but the side streets are bit rundown and dirty, the road condition makes pushing suitcases a bit hard

Overall ok but I wouldn't call it value for money. First the good bits of which there were plenty - spacious, clean, well equiped and great location The not so good bits - confusion as to how to check in with no check in code sent prior, no parking information essential for such a central location, strong smell of cooked food in room suspect extractor fan from nearby room

Apartment is located in a very central area and quite spacious to enjoy a comfortable stay. Automated check-in was kinda tedious but feasible. The only thing we weren't content with was the fact that all cutlery and cups etc. were still in the dishwasher, a dishwasher that had not fully completed its cycle, that was filled with half washed items and full with dirty water. Furthermore, laundry and used towels of previous occupants were still hanging on a rack next to the washing machine. A clear sign that cleaning is not done very properly

Aside from a slightly rough start and a couple glitches in our stay, Lisbon Serviced Apartments was good. Pre arrival communication was minimal and we did not know there was luggage storage available or that there were two buildings on the same street belonging to this property. There is no front desk with onsite person but there is a phone to call a manager. The first night we were there the power went out in our apartment only and after some slightly complicated communication with the manager it was restored. We were then able to do it ourselves when it happened again. The manager and housekeeping staff were all very nice and helpful. The location was convenient to everything but just enough out of the way. Even with some minor inconvenience I would stay there again should I want an apartment. First time visitors to Europe may want a more traditional hotel.
