We loved our stay at these apartments. The location was right in the middle of Lisbon--easy to get to lots of different areas of the city. The only downside was that the elevator was broken for various parts of our stay, so with a 6th floor apartment, it was inconvenient! Otherwise the apartment was fantastic.

It's a very clean accommodation. It's easy to go anywhere because it's in the center of Old Town. Also, my trip was comfortable because of the kind staff. I highly recommend this apartment.

Nice, clean, well managed and located in a prime location where all attractions in Lisbon is within walkable distance or within a short cab ride. All required amenities for an apartment was available. Every moment was fun staying in this property. Asstt Manager Sandrina was very helpful in whatever request we made right from the booking and during stay and check out.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

Our 2-bedroon Montebelo Lisbon Downtown Apartment was clean and comfortable. The manager Sandrina was hospitable and helpful -- suggesting local restaurants and arranging for an airport transfer. The Baixa neighborhood is convenient as a starting place to visit all of Lisbon, by walking, the Metro (very close to the Baixa-Chiado stop) and Tram 28.

Wonderful stay

The stay was amazing Everything is neat, extremely clean and organized Very cute decoration . Perfect location and view from the balcony . We fell at home with all the perks that it had. Including washing , drying. Ironing board and iron, hair dryer. It is really amazing

I had a great experience staying here! They were extremely helpful and accommodating, and the apartments were very comfortable, spacious, and well lit. The WiFi was strong enough to work and take video calls. The location was very central and it was easy to get around. Would recommend!

The apartment is very nice with a good location, just 5 mins walk from the Baixa-Chiado station, which is also the city centre area. The check in was very smooth and the staff Mr. Duarte was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Inside the apartment you can get everything you need and they were all sparkling clean. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to our friends.

I could not be happier with my choice. Just random recollections, but my apartment was the top of the building and I was able to see the arch of the Plaza do Commerce from my room. I did not cook, but the kitchen had pans and pots, dishes, etc. for 8 people. A good size refrigerator, stove and dishwasher machine as well. Definitely the apt accommodates long stays. The bathroom has a larger shower booth, not like the one I could find at a down-town hotel. A couple days before my trip starts, the apartment person started contacting me and it was nice that he kept the communication until I checked in. The in-person reception desk made me very comfortable and felt very welcoming as not all things cannot be helped with Google info. Also, thank you for keeping my luggage until the next apt check in time. I had some small matters which I could not figure out such as the washer and dryer. The auto-dry function did not work or maybe I did not fully understand how it actually worked. I did not find a dish detergent and sponge, as well as clothing detergent but it may be convenient if the apartment could provide them as my stay was not so long ( less than 1 week). Overall, I felt like my own apartment and wish to stay again.
