Lots of room with modern albeit slightly tired furnishings. Bathroom fixtures and kitchen counter need to be refreshed. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioners work. Great location. Overall.a comfortable stay.

The building is in the bohemian part of the city. You will hear the nightlife noise, but this is clearly stated in the ad. The check-in process and communication are easy. The room is comfortable for four people, very well-cleaned, and you are just 5 minutes away from the subway, Rossio, or Chiado (downtown).

Nightmare in Lisbon
Check in is a nightmare. Apt was filthy . No enough toilet paper. TV did not work (guess batteries on remote) Nobody answered The 3 phones listed on the check in email. People defecate and urinate in front of the building. Rats running around garbage bins.

Stayed there for 5 nights, very disappointed. Our reservation was handled by multiple staff with poor communications between them, completed online check in as requested but asked to do again one day prior to arriving. This apartment located on a smelly dirty and vey noisy street, surrounded by bars, restaurants, loud music and noise till 3am almost everyday, kept us awake after all doors windows were completed closed. There were one small roll toilet paper, one dishwasher capsule provided. Dropped off us another roll of toilet paper after contacting the host, to cover our 5 nights. No WiFi for that unit for whole staying even restarted the router as told, we had to use other unit’s WiFi with poor connection.

酒店房間與我網上訂的完全不符，一開門一陣味，很想立刻離開，疏化有味，有洗衣機但沒有提供洗衣液，洗碗清潔用品十分油膩。房間不潔淨，十分殘舊。住宿外的路面全是爛路、斜路和樓梯，行李喼是無法拖行的，樓下酒吧每晚唱歌，客人喧鬧直至半夜零晨4點，但日間十分清靜，適合日間睡覺，晚上出行的旅客。原先訂了6晚，跟本不能入睡，無奈另訂別的酒店安睡兩晚，浪費了兩晚費用，以這價錢得這服務是十分不值，對今次的住宿極度不滿。
